The Hubbardston Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 6:30 PM at the Slade Building, 7 Main Street, Hubbardston MA. The hearing is regarding proposed zoning bylaw amendments to be considered under Articles 22 and 23 at the Annual Town Meeting on June 4, 2024.

FIRST - EST 6:40PM - Article 22 proposes to amend the zoning bylaws relating to accessory rural enterprises and agricultural uses.

SECOND - EST 7:00PM Article 23 proposes to add a new zoning bylaw section to regulate battery energy storage systems.

The public hearing will be held in a hybrid format, allowing for remote participation via Google Meet in addition to in-person attendance.
